tinglobal Directors

The board comprises two executive directors Mat Jordan and David Gutteridge and one non-executive director, Hugh Stewart.

Mat Jordan - Sales Director of tindirect

After completing an honours degree in business, Mat joined the group in 1997, initially as a configuration specialist and then as an international trader. His performance was key to the formation of tindirect and in 2001 he was given a place on the group board and became sales director of tindirect.

He continues to lead the 20+ strong tindirect sales team, constantly and significantly expanding its product and geographic coverage.

David Gutteridge - Chairman of tinglobal group

David has been a director of Tinglobal Group since 2004 and has been Chairman since the restructuring in June 2005. David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In 1995 he was a co founder of Financial Objects plc, a banking software vendor and, as Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer, lead several acquisitions and the full listing of the company on the LSE in 1998.

Prior to 1995 he held a series of senior financial and commercial management roles at ACT Group plc, Seiko Epson Ltd and Logica plc. In addition to his role at Tinglobal he is the senior Non Executive at Sanderson plc, an AIM listed ERP software provider and a Non Executive director at Cyan plc, an AIM listed semiconductor design company.

Hugh Stewart - Non Executive Director of tinglobal

Hugh has been a non-executive director of tinglobal since January 2007. He is managing partner of Shackleton Ventures and joined the tinglobal board following their investment in the group after buying out the stake held by 3i. Hugh has 23 years experience in venture capital having joined Electra Investment Trust plc in 1983. In 1997 he founded Strathdon Investments, led it from start-up through to an AIM quotation prior to his leaving in November 2006to form Shackleton. Before joining Electra he spent seven years in industry in general management, marketing and planning. He holds an Economics degree and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. back to top
